Angela is a trusted thinking partner who applies broad business experience from global brands to her client’s people strategy. Her dual background in operations and HR creates a unique perspective on investing in talent and culture to drive performance and differentiation. She is known for delivering practical advice with creative approaches to organizational challenges. Before becoming a consultant, Angela made her mark leading human resources and organization development for well-known brands. She loves cooking, dogs, and watching the pelicans on Lake Madeline.
Jim Anderson has a diversified portfolio of business expertise. As a leader in the direct sales and network marketing industry, he has served as consultant, senior executive and president for some of that industry’s fastest-growing companies. As a president, Jim grew a network from 5,000 to more than 140,000 active distributors in two years. While a Senior Director Global Business Development for an international, he grew sales from $120 million to over $420 million with more than 450,000 active distributors. A true Renaissance man, Jim is also a licensed architect, founder and president of his own real estate investment/development company, and actively involved in other business ventures. His broad background offers a wealth of practical knowledge, innovation and team building experience to the Lighthouse team. In his spare time, Jim is an avid 12 handicap golfer with a reputation for never playing a golf course wide enough to hold him.
Kathleen Taylor-Gadsby is a certified coach, speaker, trainer and author. A graduate of the Coaches Training Institute with the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CCPC) designation, Kathleen works with emerging leaders to discover, clarify and leverage their values, purpose and skills in order to create the life they desire. In her corporate career Kathleen worked in the restaurant industry, in both Operations and Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Westmont College and is a graduate of both the Carlson School of Management Executive Leadership Program and the Coaches Training Institute Leadership Program. If she isn’t working, you can find Kathleen reading, power walking through the forest in the city, singing hymns or made-up songs.
Lucy has more than 30 years of Human Resources experience in both US and International organizations. She is a well known presenter on topics such as leadership development and HR’s role in managing business risk. As a senior leader in large companies, she evolved human resources to directly impact strategic business outcomes. Lucy frequently puts her expertise to work facilitating strategy development sessions for her clients. She is an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University’s School of Business. Lucy enjoys keeping current on the latest OD and Human Capital trends almost as much as she loves spending time with her extensive family.
Viridiana “Viri” Feldman has broad recruiting experience for companies in a variety of industries.
She specializes in placing partners, practice group leaders, and executives across the globe. A career in executive search appealed to Viri’s innate desire to make a difference for both companies and individuals. She takes pride in helping talented professionals to grow their careers. Viri is a graduate of one of Mexico’s preeminent universities, El Tecnologico de Monterrey, and emigrated to the United States in 1996 in order to obtained a degree from University of Texas at Arlington. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish and dual US/Mexican citizen, Viri brings a unique worldview to Lighthouse Resource Group and its clients. Viri and her husband are the proud parents of two daughters. When not working or parenting, Viri finds personal fulfillment through art, reading, travel and outdoor activities.
Becky is an HR leader with demonstrated success in project management, problem solving, interpersonal relationships and data analysis. She has deep knowledge of employee benefits, talent acquisition and strategic planning. Becky’s extensive business background includes investment banking, the global chemical industry, oil and gas, hedge funds, and real estate. In addition to her paid work, Becky is known for planning and executing numerous non-profit events. She still finds time to be an avid cheer mom and reader of historical fiction. No Kindle for Becky – she loves the smell and feel of real books!
Previous to his joining IMO, DC was the Research Director of the Workers’ Compensation Research and Evaluation Group at the Texas Department of Insurance. He has 22 years of workers’ compensation research experience, including research on major aspects of the Texas workers’ compensation system such as medical costs, pharmaceutical utilization trends, and network performance. He also has extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting educational, banking, and military data. Campbell is a Marine Corps veteran. DC studied at the University of Maryland and the University of Hawaii. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science and a master’s degree in Economics. D.C. is a founding member of the CompStat Research Group. He brings great experience to Injury Management Organization, Inc (IMO), as our Vice President of Network Development and Engagement. The development and expansion of the IMO Med-Select Network services, along with provider and network enhancements & performance are DC’s major focus areas.
Patricia Bell, Human Resources professional of 30 years, is driven to assist organizations and individuals reach their fullest potential. Pat began consulting as PatBellHR in 2011 and has combined her past full time and independent career opportunities into a fulfilling practice. Her greatest joy is working with companies to develop employees and leaders to create a thriving company culture of success. Pat’s previous role as Director of Human Resources with Port Royal Resort and Conference Center in Port Aransas, Texas gave her a great experience navigating the impact of Hurricane Harvey that was summarized in a company book, “Royal Resilience”. Today, Pat is employed as an Instructor for Del Mar College Corporate Services.
Pat’s long-term career in human resources has been rich with many experiences. Her expertise has developed in many industries including; consumer products, telecommunications, IT consulting, startups, non-profits, IT Initiatives and retail. Her passion is to encourage and facilitate training regarding the unknown challenges of the employee/leader relationship. From recruiting, employee relations, supervisor training to major company transitions, her skills have been tested and strengthened.
In addition to training, Pat also enjoys assisting organizations with leadership development initiatives. Her approach is both strategic and practical to create a plan for success. Pat is a certified trainer for the Franklin Covey program, “Four Imperatives of Great Leaders” and ELI’s leadership training program, “Civil Treatment for Leaders”.
She was elected as President to the Board of Directors for Texas Business Women and served a two-year term from 2014 – 2016. Additional previous board activity includes Texas BPW Foundation, BossedUp and Port Royal Strong Foundation. Today, Pat serves as a mentor for the SCORE organization assisting start up businesses.
